Hey Rick I am sitting here looking at the weather radar wondering if you have on your life jacket.

    Are you guys swamped yet?
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

I live on a bit of a rise. I'm watching debris float around the hill and rubbing my hands together a bit like folks did standing on the beach as the remains of ships floated toward them. There just has to be all sorts of wonderful things in that debris. Riches of untold wealth. I'll just push the bodies aside to get to it.

Actually, the rain as just skirted us. The heaviest has gone to the south. We've probably gotten a couple of inches over the last several days but south of Indy has probably pulled out the buckets so they can bail water.

As a retired EM guy, I see a tremendous challenge in that stuff.

The only way I can get a bucket of water is to pump it out of the ground... We got 1/2" last week. First we've seen in a while...
