    Crash,
That is absolutely beautiful!! As gamers would say pure eye candy.
The 8 pins on the beautiful wood scales is a beautiful touch. It appears to have 2 belt loops to support 2 mounting angles.

    Rick,
Definitely sweet knife porn accompanied by morning coffee!

Really like the shape of that blade. I would keep in a display case it's just to purty to throw behind the seat of the truck. Beautiful.

I never heard of Dymond wood; so I did a search.

"Dymondwood" is the tradename for a product that was produced by Rutland Plywood. Essentially, it is a lamination of very thin veneers, usually birch, impregnated with a resin. The designation Walnut, Cocobolo, etc refers to the color of stain used, not the species of wood. It is a very stable product. Unfortunately, the Rutland factory was destroyed by fire about a year ago. As a result, the future supply of Dymondwood is in doubt.

I'm retired and love being retired. However, there are moments when I'm bored. I found this that fits me to a T: "The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity." As I've never heard of Dymond wood, I looked it up.

Yes, it was the cheapest one at the store. I paid 10 bucks, that's maybe 2 US dollars.
I own some stuff, and I know some things. But that's all.

Tramontina machetes are a great value. There's a reason that they are the most popular brand world wide. They are inexpensive and they work. I have several.
