    Hey Crash, that is one "filetin''" knife. Sure would have liked that when I was doing that stuff.

    I would think every well prepared axe is capabel to filleting a fish...

    It was more of a personal skill issue than an equipment problem. We had about 6 people around that prep table and at least $2000 or $3000 worth of custom cutlery.

    Our camps were never short of good knives, axes, saws or coffee.

    I am definitely down for a rendezvous. Kiddos no longer use barbie and Spiderman polls though.... They grow up fast!!! That was a great trip, and jr no longer honks car horns at 2 am btw!
