    Default Global Warming

Middle of July and it's raining in South Texas. I could really get behind this Global warming thing!

Yeah but your about, what? 50 feet above sea level. East Texas floods easy enough. Don't get too comfortable with it.
True enough, my final home is still out there, but this is most certainly my home range and I love it. I love every rock I fall off and tree I trip over. Even when I am close to dying from exhaustion, a beautiful sunset doesn't lose it's power to refresh and inspire me and that, in itself, is enough to save me sometimes.

If we flood we'll have bigger problems than Global Warming. A little rain every week would do this place wonders.

Oh and we're at 165' elevation. Not Colorado for sure but well above what a melted polar ice cap could do much less a little rain.

Pull the boat right up to the front door and tie it off to the "NO TRESPASSING" sign.

Be wary of canoe accidents getting to and from the house. Don't ask me how I know about those.

    The house looks happy, though.

Heh, we actually flooded a couple of days ago - street flooding. Denver's a desert....we aren't used to the kind of rain we've been getting. We've been enjoying it though. Now if the heat would just vamose.
