    Default the kid got hooded

Last Saturday we went down to East Lansing to the Breslyn Center. The oldest daughter graduated from medical school, they call it a hooding. In a few weeks she is off to the University of Toledo for her residency. Her field is orthopedics. It was a awesome event.
so the definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law and you want me to believe that somehow more laws make less criminals?

Congratulations. That is no small feat. That speaks very well for your daughter and her upbringing.

Congrats, it takes a lot of determination to accomplish that.

I hope she does well in her residency.

    Very cool. Ohio or Spain?

She should come to Denver. Think of all the broken skiers!
True enough, my final home is still out there, but this is most certainly my home range and I love it. I love every rock I fall off and tree I trip over. Even when I am close to dying from exhaustion, a beautiful sunset doesn't lose it's power to refresh and inspire me and that, in itself, is enough to save me sometimes.

thanks for the comments. Her residency takes place at the University of Toledo in Ohio. She and her husband are in Europe for a couple weeks and then back to the grind.

"Grind" is right. Tell her to eat right because she won't be getting much sleep. And breathe.....lots of oxygen. And God bless her.
