Hello from Right in the Middle of Alaska

One of my favorite things on media is to go to forums and see the things people are doing that live out of the cities. This looks like a great site.
69 years old, male
Live in Tanana, Alaska last 45 years or so. It's right on the Yukon River.
Money made mostly by fishing but some years almost 100% by trapping also. Do some mechanic work. Live a subsistence life mostly.
Not much training but lots of years hunting, fishing and trapping and driving sled dogs.
Spent 11 years living in what some would call the wilderness and still travel there all the time.
Experienced at getting by maybe best way to put it.
Pretty busy but try to have enough food and supplies all the time to get through a bad time for awhile.
