I still get a chuckle from that after all these years.
You have to live near Cincinnati to understand just how funny that really is.

Folks probably don't realize that skit was based on a real promo in which a radio station tossed turkeys from a moving truck. The results were much the same. Les was watching a showing of the Hindenburg disaster off screen as he did his commentary. If you watch him you can easily see him following it during his monologue. "As God as my witness...."
Haven't seen that show in a long, long, time. And it is still funny.
