Grinding out a small bend is a good option that I should have mentioned before.
sos , I just tempered it 1 hour on 200C (400F) and the blade turned purple , does this mean I messed up the heat treat? As I know I was waiting for a light yellow color , I had it attached to D2 steel to straighten it could this have done anything?
