    The Wizard of Oz had flying monkeys. I wonder when we will see a feral colony of these.

    That's a genuine problem with turtles of all things. People get the little red eared sliders or whatnot when they're the size of a dollar coin at the store and adorable (all fairness, they ARE pretty cute), and they're not necessarily prepared for how big they are going to get, so then they go "we should return this to the wild". Happened in Britain after the ninja turtles craze, apparently. Among other places....you have to know what you're getting in to with that sort of thing. I would love to say "people wouldn't try and release a dog in to the wild if it got too big", but on reflection that isn't true.

    Hey, It's not like nobody was warned. They said right in the theme song "Raphael is cool but crude". You had to expect some rough edges.

    I was expecting farts or something when they said crude. He took it to a whole new level. Some place out there in there wilderness is a grumpy, malcontent Ninja Turtle returned to the wild.
