I sent these guys my crosman mark 1 six weeks ago and "Kent" said: "one to two weeks for a rebuild". I sent the money. These guys are liars and thieves. It's been six weeks and discombobulated communication.

Looks like the domain belongs to:

    Edd Willets
    box 995
    Houston, Tx. 77009
    (713) 560-2729

At least that is what the registry shows. You might want to give him a call and have a chat. He is registered through GoDaddy. If he doesn't want to move on it then an email to abuse@GoDaddy and/or a complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Hotline might grease the wheels of commerce. (800) 621-0508

Cool down Rebel, 6 weeks on a 2 week promise is standard for the gun industry. You would not get any better from Remington, H&R or Ruger.

Taurus, Rossi, HK or any of the European importers can take months.

I once called a Browning service center about a delayed repair and got the answer, "Do you want it fast or do you want it right?"
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

Do you want it done or done right some time it takes a while to do jobs it's not like there's a air gun specialist on ever corner I would give it a little time.

Still, there is no reason for bad communication. If it takes that long for good work that's fine. All they have to do is tell you. I have no problem if a company is proactive and tells me that a repair is taking longer than expected because parts are delayed, George lost a spring and everyone is looking for it, they had to stop Bill from taking a sledge hammer to it. Whatever the reason. Just keep me up to date.

The domain Register, may not actually even be the right person, but it definitely worth a shot.
Like many a time, a web designer could have done all that work for that person whom is running that business
You may also want to review companies on the following website before dealing with them, you can also Write a bad review on them to help others
    https://www.hellopeter.com/.

p.s I have no idea if this site actually deals with Companies based out of south Africa, I mean here we have excessively high consumer protection acts..
but perhaps there is a similar site for US?

That's right about communication. Pretty odd how these days with the various means of communicating and you hardly get any. Maybe the squeaky wheel got the grease. I got an e-mail last night saying it was finished and being sent today. He said they had "lost a man and that delayed everything". I hope they find him.

I do't know why anyone would expect different.

If people that repair cars are called gear heads what do you call people that repair air rifles?

    Air Heads!

I know and it wouldn't be the end of my world if something happened to it. I've had the thing for about 45 years. It's been an accurate shooter and, now that I'm going to be a townie. I thought I'd like to have it working again.

Can you reload those little CO2 capsules with that stuff?

New meaning to accuracy that stinks.
