I enj0y seeing what people mcome up with and actually "use".
Too many demonstrations of activities.... but not actual used, shelters, fires. traps, ..... etc.

That's why I enjoy your post and vid's... and a few couple of other posters ....actually doing activities..
I really like your camp, its kind like reminds me of almost war re-enactment type style tents and such... very nice.
I am glad you enjoy my videos I enjoy doing them, and sharing how we do things here.

    good suggestions,
the more I think of this the more I realise it would likely have to be seperate modules..
ending in a 48-72 hour like senarios...
and perhaps the people bring the items they made previously on the other course modules to use.

Maybe you can include fishing. The nature preserves in my area don't allow hunting.

I'd probably move navigation closer to the top of the list, at least some basic form of it anyway. Not knowing how to do that might turn a routine hike into a survival situation. Armed with that knowledge maybe all the rest of the stuff you teach them will be skills, not necessities.

    Thanks,
but yeah this is not a list of most important to least important.
this is just a list of things I could identify to cover..
if it where a list of most important to least water would like be right up there.

more like 48 days to demo and learn all that, not 48 hours. If you dont know what you're doing and really know your area, then you should be carrying a rental satellite phone. All this knowledge aint gonna help you if you are cut off by avalanche, fire, flooding, or if you get snake-bit, break your leg, etc. But the sat phone WILL.

never heard of a flint "map" :-)Is that something new?
