Thanks Man.. let me start off with some of the things I made.
    WhatsApp Image 2017-06-24 at 11.50.35.jpg
A spoon I carved, I think it was out of one of the thicker jungle vines not too soft of a wood, but easy to work
    WhatsApp Image 2017-06-24 at 11.50.35 (2).jpg
A walking stick Just put in two spirals, wanted to keep it rustic
    WhatsApp Image 2017-06-24 at 11.50.35 (3).jpg
A functioning bow drill from the Jungle woods, I tested it and it worked got a coal with in a minute (after 2 days of not eating and terrible sleeping conditions, was a good test)

It is winter here yes, During the day a max of about 18 degrees Celsius on a sunny day at midday... but mostly around 12 degrees at day time
at night it would drop to 3 degrees and about 3 am in morning around -1 or -2 degrees Celsius. So pretty cold for African terms
