Default Write 100 times, I will stay off Ebay

My search for one thing has once again resulted in the purchase of a totally different and unexpected item.

I "won" a 20 gauge barrel with screw in choke tubes and Truglo peep sights set up as a turkey gun. Being 20 gauge it was dirt cheap and I had been intending to add a choke tube barrel to my 20 gauge anyway.

I considered it a good deal due to the price being only $65. The "turkey full" choke tube is worth $50 and the fiber optic sights are worth $35, so I got $85 in goodies, and a threaded barrel, for dirt cheap. The guy practically paid me to take his stuff!

E-bay rationale being highlighted at this point I must stay off that cursed dark area of the internet for the next month or face self flagellation as a penance.
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

I would say, may the force be with you, but it looks like it already is. Congratulations...I think.

I usually avoid the auctions and go straight to the "buy it now" deals and shop for price on known items and look for free shipping to make it worth the effort.

I did not get into a bidding deal with the barrel I bought. I was the only bidder and the item went for my initial bid. I had already decided that I was not going to pay more than the opening price.

I do not over pay just to "win" the auction. I am too freekin' stingy to do that.
