    I love primitive traps like these. It's simple and effective. Awesome! If I have a rat problem I'll definitely make one.

    Not me. Rat traps are cheap. I buy them by the case.

    That guy in 1st video said "engine" for the trap. Hmmm.....I'm with Crash; get all the rat traps I need from Wally's.

    I agree. Rural King sells them in my area $5 for a half dozen. Plus I get to check out the gun counter and the cute ladies that work there.

    Interesting trap, thanks for brining it to our attention. Nice to know the mechanics of a trap like that, could be handy in a wilderness survival situation when you can't find a animal traps surplus store.

    I have never actually seen a rat except one a buddy of mine had as a pet!
