National Park Service Raising Prices

The national park service will be raising prices next year. If you are an old codger 62 or older the lifetime permit jumps from $10 to $80. You can still order the lifetime for $10 at any national park or online for $20 (there is a $10 fee online in addition to the permit). That's pretty cheap to access our national parks and you can get half off some items inside the park with the permit. You do have to upload an id like your driver's license. You might have to wait a bit. My picture locked up the system. I'm sure they will get it straightened out. Scroll down to the Sr. Pass.

I got one last year for the Jamboree at BSF.

lifetime pass for $10 was money well spent. Paid for itself with the savings on the first campsite.
