I have heated glove liners, they are not very good. Waste of money. Too much hassle getting the battery packs on your wrist for the tiny amount of heat provided.

Milwuakee has had a whole line of 12v heated clothing for a couple years now. I've often thought that it would be great for a tree stand or long skiff ride.

There ain't too many problems you can't fix with $500 or a 30-06.

Now you are talking the older days.....spray paint on a gray air force jump suit, or M60 OD green field jacket.......or painted canvas, coolers, canoes....4 wheelers...
    Yep spray paint good

Now....you NEED that latest pattern/color/scent block/anti-UV........and have to "Match" ...........Or you can't kill a deer.

The discussions I am enjoying this year are among my son's old crew back in TN who have gone Hi-tec.

They have silencers on their quad runners, cammo-everything, scent blocker clothes, the whole deal, and the deer are getting smaller and the harvest more skimpy.

The only good deer taken this year were taken by their now teen-aged kids who just grab their rifles after school and run out to the tree stand to grab the last rays of the evening hunt. Jeans, jackets, no scent blocker and if they have a cammo orange coat it is unusual. The kids are killing good deer!

Of course down there this year deer season was done in the 50 degree range so electric socks, pants and jackets were just something the poor guys living up north do.
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

My Rocky Men's Silent gloves were very warm. Each time they saved me from the cold. I had the opportunity to learn about them from the article. I recommend to see this review article of the 10 best gloves https://under-the-open-sky.com/best-hunting-gloves/. There you will find its detailed description with all the advantages and disadvantages. This will help to create the correct opinion about each model.

yeah, we built elevated stands eight feet to the bottom of the stand, insulated the walls, floor and roof, and put in 5000 btu prophane heaters. Also silent sliding plexiglass windows. Biggest problem is staying awake!!! Build them in late spring or early summer and the deer are used to them be fall. WE kill lots of deer from them. The grand daughters especially like hunting out of them. I am only cold going in in the morning. Sit all day in shirt sleeves.

So I have this vision of a great canoe accident wearing one of those and the result being a Wiley Coyote cartoon moment.
