As far as baking ...that assumes the you have your food "in a closed or partially closed environment"... Dutch Oven, Camp stove oven, Reflector Oven, Pan in a pan.....

The Coleman oven is the bees knees for the camp stove. It's not your kitchen oven. It takes a little practice but you can make anything in it you make in the oven at home.
A pie pan held off the bottom with a few rocks inside a dutch oven does really well.

Guys....he has a butane camp stove. I assume it's a Coleman Camp Bistro or equivalent.
This is the technique I use - it works over any heat source. I use a trivet to hold the pan up though. Well washed tuna cans make excellent mini-cake pans; otherwise you can buy mini baking pans (I love the mini loaf pans for bread) to fit inside your Dutch oven. No Dutch oven? My peace corps pals have baked inside large covered tins originally used for the old "Charles' Chips" (about a 5 gal size), and I have used a tall-ish covered fry pan (originally made for frying chicken, it has more room inside). The cans wear out quicker than the pans made for cooking in though - about 6 months or so and they need to be replaced.
