Thanks again Dave, they're perfect. The larger knife could cut a 4 inch diameter tree in half with one strike. The smaller knife fits perfectly in the hand and is sharper than Hell. I'll post pictures soon.

The set will be passed down, mine to a grandchild from my son, his to a grand child of his, and so on.

Look closer. A large and small knife in each sheath.

    On a practical note....
Was down at the Rondy yesterday and today......for most of the day ...was sitting with the guy that "stocked" my muzzle loaders.(he buys the wood, parts and put them together with his carving and decoration)....as he had some for sale.

He had ask me to bring down the French tower pistol he had built for me over the winter.
He related that his toughest build was a Brace of Pistols....two made identical to each other.......NO ROOM FOR ERROR.

Have to believe it's the same with those fantastic knives.

I showed my son my knife set first, didn't mention he was getting one too, he drooled. When I handed over his set he was so surprised, he loves the knives Dave and wants to thank you for such great work. THANKS!

I have to go out this week and do a little woodcraft work in preparation for a class I'm teaching. This will be my first chance to give the knives a workout. I'll let you know how things go.

The knives have performed superbly, cuts and chops as expected. Great job Dave.
