Foraging in Italy

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I live in Italy

I just wanted to ask if someone could share the title of a good book about foraging in my country (even in Italian), or some good web resources.

Or by the way any kind of advice, I would like to go foraging but I don't personally know anyone involved in it.
