Anyone have any personal experience with "Combat Focus Shooting"? Have you read the book? Taken any classes?

Gotta be able to get into the zone instantly. Not be rattled when things are coming at you. And recognize a non-target immediately. And like you don't think about how you move your hands on the steering wheel, but instead the car is you, and you're just making the car go this-a-way...instinctively. And every moment thinking ahead and already keeping track of things around you. (No ain't read the book myself.)

DS - I've taken several classes, but not from the Combat Focus Shooting folks. Just keep in mind what you were taught in the Navy. "Train the way you are going to fight, because you will fight the way you trained".
