kefir water
I started to make kefir water. It's made from kefir grains and sugar water. Sits on the counter for a couple days and then either consumed or fruit juice is added and a second fermentation performed. This stuff is supposed to be full of probiotics and good for gut health. Any kefir water users?

I had no idea it was some kinda healthy thing. I read about it in a cheese making book where you add kefir grain to milk to make fizzy milk. Still not sure why you would do that...
