    Worried about EMP......how about a tunnel?

    Property is 7 miles long by 200 ft. wide...165 acres....with 1/2 mile long tunnel....

    the ad says the owner is open to trades....so what do you think? I can offer them a 3 bed room ranch house in exchange, nice deep basement and we bought the stove new in 2012. I can even sweeten the deal and throw in my aquarium and very nice hohner marine band harmonica, just like new.

    I'd buy it I mean I probably have 4 or 5 mill in pocket change laying around but then I'd get all settled in only to find the light at the other end really is a train.

    That is pretty cool. If the long stretch follows the river, then the fact that it is 200 ft wide doesn't matter much, because the land is really dry once you leave the river.
