Hello from Virginia, I will be here for the next 6 months camping, fishing, crabbing , boating on the river, hiking in the woods, having campfires, cooking outdoors, and having a great time. The crabs are supposed to be running better this year than in previous years, that to me means a lot more crab cakes on the table, the fish that I go for is the croaker, I keep the filets for fish fry and the carcasses for bait in the crab pots. I got here a week ago Thursday but had no signal to get into the internet and finally got the thing working, it is slow compared to the DSL at home but it works.
Got to do some maintenance on the boat and get my license for 5 five crab pots and my wife gets 2 pots for free, crabs are supposed to be running great this year, I’ll soon find out.

Thanks guys, this year I bought a license for 5 crab pots, and my wife can have 2 for free, if the crabs are running good there will be a lot of crab cakes.

I don't think crabs are running for it is still cold, right now it is 56 degrees outside and the high was 67 degrees but I will put them in tomorrow and start getting ready to crab by next week.
