Grew up in the woods, served 4 years in the military. Was in the girl scouts and venture scouts, plus tagged along with my brother's troop a lot as a kid. First aid and lifeguard trained. Going to school. Female. old enough for college kids to call me old, young enough that they have to ask to know. Interested in learning skills for longer hiking and camping trips. I've been camping my whole life, made a few primitive shelters in lieu of a tent.
Some skill with foraging, water purification, solar solutions, basic shelters. I can shoot pretty well and love shooting machine guns, but I'd be lying if I said I knew much about them. Interested in better foraging skills, advanced first aid, building better shelters (especially underground), wood working. Also interested in homesteading and all related knowledge and skills.
Longest time in wilderness to date is one week, longest bike 40 miles, longest hike 30 miles
I intend to use knowledge gained to explore the outdoors on increasingly lengthy excursions.
