Heya. Hope Y'all can help identify this plant. It was a sort of ground cover in a valley of sorts. It was a pretty soggy area in South Western Ontario. Thanks!

Can you describe it? Newcolmbs wild flower guide is the best If it's flowering. And it's ID method is also the best way to describe it in text-only mode if you don't have a link to share.
I use Google Drive to share things, and Google Keep to draw simple drawings for sharing via Google Drive
