    Any one got any input on this subject ?... Just tonight bought a new 8 rack dehydrator.. Starting with Vinson.. How to ?....recipies ?

    Mary Bell's Dehydrating book is the best place to start.

    I've used some of his recipes and ideas for camping and they turned out very well.

    +1 on Mary Bell and MrBabelfish5. I have also recommended them both before.

    +2 on Mary Bell. It's the bible for dehydrating and has tons of recipes.

    Also, if you use the search feature on here you'll find a lot of posts on dehydrating and a lot of recipes.

    Dehydrating ? To blanch or not to blanch this is the question .
    Dry it you're like it. Is a good book. We dehydrat but not with an electric dehydrator .
