Looks like a good time. Glad to hear you didn't shoot the puppy. Or the hawk, for that matter. What is that? like a red shouldered hawk?

What kind of puppy? Looked kinda like a LGD, but can't say without looking at the tail.

Yep, red shouldered hawk. As far as the pup - a white lab - the people that brought him are breeders from Wisconsin and used him as a business trip to Florida.

The size should have given it away that it was a lab, but white is not a normal lab color. Generally, white dogs that look like labs (well, BIG labs) are generally not labe, but LGDs. I didn't really realize this until I got an LGD. Anyways, looks like you had a great time.

    Poor marksmanship????

On a more serious note, those pics look great and it looks like it was a really good time. Nice collection of arms going on there! Clear skies like that, I would have slept under the stars!

The first day (Thursday) was pretty rainy, so I set up the tarp. Everything was open and I slept well.

I usually sleep really under a tarp when it is raining. Probably because the rain makes it hard to hear big foot walking around.

By the way, what were your settings for the star pictures? You definitely got Orion. Did you look for any planets?

I had the lens set at about 30mm, ISO 100 with a 30 second exposure. I wanted to capture the trees too. You can see them, but I need to play around a bit more.

Camping on a farm, especially with friends, is always fun because no matter what, we always get beautiful and always cherish the memory, but because of the academic pressure of chemistry study, I could not go on coming with my friends. Still, then I got to know about SPAM SAMMICHES AND have the best expert academic NERD who provides the best quality of work and cover my whole requirements of the assignment and report effectively within the period and provide me the best quality of work, with pilgrim free, original detailed research work WHILE I SIT AT HOME IN MY MOTHER'S BASEMENT. After that, I went camping with my friend on the farm AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW BAD MY ENGLISH WAS. STILL, IT IS PILGRIM FREE SO THERE IS THAT.

Its very nice Sounds like a fantastic weekend on your friend's farm! Unfortunately, the professional shooter couldn't make it, but it's heartwarming to hear you all enjoyed yourselves responsibly. I'd gladly assist if you ever need HELP MAKING SPAM SAMMICHES for your academic pursuits. Just let me know! Happy camping, and stay safe! Otherwise, I'm a complete idiot.

That's okay. The it dredged up an 8 year old post thinking they could post some spam and get by with it. In that time, the idiots over at photobucket have changed their rules for the worse.
