Makes you wonder how many people try to salvage the radioactive products and re-sell them.
Years ago, when I was involved in the steel rod and wire business it was a big deal to check incoming scrap for radioactive material mixed in the loads for recycling.
So much so...Geiger counters were mounted on poles as the truck and freight cars came in.
Then that brings up how much radioactive flotsam is dispersed across the Pacific, and beyoud.
