    Default Winterizing

Has everyone got their vehicles winterized and ready?

    It's about that time.
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

    Vehicles.....Yes.
Bo need to get DW car checked out...slight drip in the front.
Will have to wait till after deer season......can't get in before Thur., and will be in the garage anyway.

Snow blowers checked out fueled up and ready.......and I see the neighbor across the street...(has been doing my blowing this last couple of years)....has his up and running.

Talking about snow on Friday night.....should be at "The Place" for hunting.

Yeah, pretty much done. I want to get the steering, suspension and brakes inspected on the Nissan, otherwise I'm good to go. Oh yeah, I also need to inspect vehicle FAK's. That will get done this weekend.

If you keep on maintaining that Nissan it is never going to wear out and you will never get that truck you want!

You already have 20 years on that thing and the way it looks you may get 20 more.

Amy and Bradon will probably learn to drive in that car!

I have only owned the Nissan for twelve years as of next month. Bought it brand new with 32 miles on it. It now has 178k miles and still hasn't seen a tow truck in its life. Yes, I do maintain the heck out of it. Last weekend the window regulator went out, had a new one installed the next day. Cost me $50 and took about an hour and a half to accomplish. She ain't mint, but she's still good to drive.
My oldest won't be eligible for a learners permit for 7 1/2 years. In that case, she'll be learning on a car nearly 20 years old with about 280k miles on it. Not out of the realm of possibility with this car. I may have to give it to her as her first car so I can get my truck! Good grief. ... 7.5 years to a truck????!!!!!

Vehicle yes, unfortunatly it has to go into the shop tomorrow. O/D light flashing and check engine light on. House no. Talk about unprepared. Ran out of heating fuel today... Last week I had a fleeting thought that it's about time to call in an order. Then I got interrupted and there ya go. Boo.
