    Default Proud Papa

    My son just finished his first scratch built AR.

    It is a beautiful little pistol with 12" barrel Sig type brace and full shroud in .300BO.

    Cutest little thing I have seen in a while.

    I'm so proud I am about to bust, even have a little tear in the corner of my eye.

    It's nice to know your kids have turned out well.
    If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

    Yep it is cute even if I say so myself.

    The son and DIL do not believe in any kind of artificial gun control so I am sure there will be many more to follow!

    Actually my builds are not that pretty. They work, but they aren't pretty.

    Hey, let's go shooting after you get the camping gear cleaned and things go back to normal, if normal is possible for one who works, goes to school and maintains a full time Dad job. We did AKs last time, we can do ARs this time!

    Sounds good, my friend! I have a rifle that needs scoped any how. This will motivate me a little to get it done up. I'll check my schedule and confirm with the mrs. then shoot you a pm.
