Looks like things are rough all over.

I have been sitting here watching reruns of COPS (bad boy, bad boy watchya gonna do) and the crooks are running short on ammo too!

Semi-auto pistols with 2 rounds in the mag, revolvers with 4 rounds of .22 in a six shot cylinder, one guy showed up at a gunfight with an empty shotgun.

    Life is tough.

Apparently the shotgun guy expected every one to turn around and run when they saw the shotgun and someone pulled a Hipoint and took a shot at him.

He ran, everyone ran, the cops showed up and they ran, someone turned a dog lose and the dog ran. Lots of barking and screaming, everyone yelling they did not do anything and they didn't know how that gun got in their pocket cause these were not their pants, they had just borrowed them from a friend.

They finally fished all the guns out of the sewers and bushes and connected them to their developmentally impaired owners, charged about everyone with "felon in possession of a firearm" and hauled them away.

About that time I had to get up and make a sandwich.

But when I came back they were all sitting in the back of the squad cars talking about the ammo shortage and how it was messing them up.

Did you know that if you hit a guy with pepper spray and taze him at the same time you can just throw the handcuffs on the ground and he will put them on himself?

When did they take off their shirts?.....They always are shirtless on that show....
They take them off when the COPS are chasing them?....or were they already off?
Or the pepper spray.....then tazing,... burn it off?

This ammo shortage is a real problem.

Like it a lot.... Same profile as my wallet and about 15 oz......but contrary to interweb reports...can't shoot a key hole group at 50 yards.

I can hit a paper plat at 15 ft. pretty regular.....works for me.
The LC9 may have been a better choice.

    Depends on the season Hunter.

I pocket carry the .380 in summer due to light clothing for both me and any potential bad guy.

I generally go to .38spl or 9mm in winter when there is a lot of padded clothing to penetrate and I am wearing heavier clothing to conceal the slightly larger pistol.
