    Welcome BearCreek! If you can, would you mind telling us a little bit about yourself and what you seek? We could then point you in the right direction if there is something specific. Also, share some of your experiences too. That allows us to learn something from you and perhaps give you feedback on ways you can improve as well. Kind of a win-win, if you know what I mean.
