Got mine through MTSU FIRE (forensic institute for research and education). Dr. Hugh Berryman was the head instructor, I highly recommend it.

for all those wondering, MTSU is a real university that gives real credit for classes taught by trained professionals.

This is not a class given by someone that learned to track from the coyote spirit or some mysterious "grandfather" that no one else in the family knows anything about!

Imagine, outdoor skills taught at a real college for credits leading to valid certifications and degrees!!

Yup, the sheriff's department that I work for sent me to the class. The class is lead by a forensic anthropologist and the staff was all swat team members from middle Tennessee. All the co-instructors were in law enforcement. I asked what their opinion of Tom Brown Jr. was... They wouldn't even talk about it, lol.

Raisins are for switching out with deer poop when tracking a deer with a friend.
Pick up poop pellet, switch with a raisin,...... pop into your mouth,..... proclaim that the "poop" is 3 hours old.

Then ask you friend to verify your findings, and hand him pellet to eat.
They will always agree with you after that.
