Couldn't believe my eyes or luck, there is now more than one box in the cupboard.

And the question is, "Is there an expiration date on a Twinkie ?"

I have discovered that Twinkies are not the best survival food for me to attempt to store.

If they are in the house I am going to eat them!
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

Krat - you could always suck out the cream filling and cache your stores inside them.

Hahaha, good for you Winnie! We now have them here that are chocolate coated, and also have some with different flavored fillings such as chocolate and strawberry. I saw a knockoff brand that had created a chocolate cake version.

Survival is all about the mental aspect. The two basic food groups, sweets and preservatives, work to support that. Required staples in times of stress.

Ah, you know the answer to that.

    "Care for a Twinkie?"
    "Sure....hey, where's the cream filling?"
"I only like the cream filling."

Well, now they've gone and done it. They sell Lucky Charms too.
