He did say something about writing a book...maybe he has immersed himself in the Malaysian jungle for research?
When all else fails, read the directions, and beware the Chihuahuacabra!
I've been wondering about him too. I think he was hitting retirement around about now, so he could be devoting his energy to putting whatever it was he was doing at work to bed.
I miss him too! He is one of the few folks that come on here from out of the country who blend survival into a world wide common sense philosophy.
Hope everything is OK, you never know.
At our age (around retirement) you can wake up feeling fine in the morning and be in the OR having open heart surgery by the end of the day.
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

Woof! You beat me, Tokwan! I have to wait until August!
True enough, my final home is still out there, but this is most certainly my home range and I love it. I love every rock I fall off and tree I trip over. Even when I am close to dying from exhaustion, a beautiful sunset doesn't lose it's power to refresh and inspire me and that, in itself, is enough to save me sometimes.
Hahahahahaha.....can't wait ..even though its just another few more days...then,.its back to the jungle...this time plan to cycle in to the jungle with my old mountain bike..fixin' a couple panniers on the old Haro Shift M3. That way, I get to do a bit of mountain bking, working out, camp, hike and also get the pictures I wanted...Gonna go in a few days. After that gonna get back to my planes...(radio controlled)..my 90mm Viper EDF Jet and my PC 6 Porter with the 20cc DLE Engine is gonna hit the sky again. Will work on my book at night...!!
