    Default Ducks Unlimited Dinner ....H63 is a sucker

    Wed. night was our D.U. Dinner.........and, No didn't win any guns, this year........BUT

    Bids were low on the dinner auction dog......English Springer Spaniel....Pick of the litter.

    Went to visit today.

    Sooooo.....Here is the new addition......Bella said she wanted a pet......LOL

    How could you pick just one?!? LOL. Be prepared for an idiot. Spaniels are great sniffers, but not a lot goes on between the ears otherwise. Bella is going to be busy keeping up with her. Congrats!

    Oh, man. I had a Springer Spaniel when I was a kid. Great dog. We conquered the world together. It followed me home from grade school as a pup....that's my story anyway. That is, indeed, a cute gal.

    Used to.....now I go for walks......dogs don't seem to notice that I'm not really working as hard at it, as I once did.......
    Dogs like the walks.......sniffing jumping and rolling in all sorts of stuff.....LOL.
    This will be the first long hair dog.....always had short hair hunters.

    We grew up with a Cocker Spaniel, that herded the kids around....and was a fixture in the neighbor hood.
    Still remember "Flaps".....

    WE are working on a name now....our dogs seem to pick their own names....Lady Bella, the Baby Diva, did......or comes to Duffus....

    The Ducks Unlimited Dinner netted ua another pup.....but we had to wait till end of April to pick her up.

    She decided her name was Miss Molly....as in "Good Golly, Miss Molly.....along with other names for different occasions.

    Still working on the house training, actually doing well, with a "oops I was playing and forgot" accident once in a while....So "Squirtly" seems to be sticking....

    Molly and Bella are getting along great, with Molly being the little terrorist ........

    First long trip in the truck, and being at "The Place"...figured out the couch and Momma's chair in a day.

    Neighbors were over last evening with another 1 year old "dog(?)" and all three ware very entertaining.

    She was only 4 weeks when they held the dinner....so we had to wait....then a couple of things delayed the pick up by a week....but finally home.

    Dog toys everywhere......They keep you young.
