    Default Todays hunt

    Went out and got my commercial hunting permit today and checked out a few spots. Found a bunch of Craterellus cornucopiodes(Black trumpets), a couple Cantharellus cibarius(Chanterelle), and a few Hydnum umbilicatum(Hedgehog). Going to be a PITA cleaning all them to dehydrate. Was hoping for more Chanterelles for soup.

    That's a haul. I've never even seen the Hedgehogs.

    Ha ha right now I actually wouldn't mind doing that. Still sitting on my table. Been really busy along with school work and the buckskin needing tending to.
