    Default Yelp! Actually works

Anyone else ever use it? I never thought expressing displeasure with customer service would ever do much there... 5 star reviews always flood the top. I posted this last nigh after several bad experience with a wind tunnel.

This morning I received a call from the lead instructor saying I saw what you yelped... LOL. He apologized and offered up a free 15 minute block with personal instruction from him(few hundred dollars for that). I'm impressed not only that they tried to make it right but yelp actually did something. Going to have to try and erase that review.

I like that yelp doesn't allow businesses to pay for changes or really allow them any say. Pure customer reviews. Customer service is worth more than the actual product to me most of the time and I hate that companies can treat you like dirt because there are plenty of consumers out there.

Now the hard part is walking back in there after making fun of them hahaha...

Good to know someone is still there for the consumer!!
I Wonder Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things here, and drink what ever comes out?"

Interesting that you would even go back......???

Glad you got some satisfaction, though.

It really is within a company's best interest to treat the customer like a family member. Word of mouth, as you demonstrated above, can make or break a company. Some people have no moral compass unfortunately. It sometimes takes more drastic measures. Glad he responded in a positive way.

It really is good to know, but, is it in my interest, or there's as Rick said. Is guess more for them by the past history. Glad it's sort of being made up for (again) but I'd gladly eat the money and deal with a company that cares about it's customers. When I see a company go above and beyond, or at least do what should be, I go above and beyond to recommend them and continue business with them.

Not sure which time you're referring to hunter, the second or now third time? The sad part is for something like a wind tunnel with only two or three in a state; all monopolized by the same company, you don't have much of a choice. And they know this. That's why they get away with such terrible service. They know there are plenty of other customers.

When they do the opposite, so do I. Just check out my witch hunt for tactical link. Oh wait, you can't, because they delete any customer review that isn't their favor.

This is where not caring really is marvelous.

    They still screwed up.

And it still is a cute tunnel.
