    The problem - the Esbit doesn't support all my pots, I dislike using it half closed.

    The fix, add windscreens and a set of pot supports made from bicycle spoke.

    Neat Idea! what did you use to make the wind blocks ?

    I like the mod you did - so this isn't being critical - for smaller containers the sides of the stove can be tilted in a bit to shorten the distance between the pieces.

    I picked up a small roofing repair square at the Home Depot for less than a dollar. Cutting was done with aviation sheers.
