    that's nice, I bet it has some good heft being made from a sawmill blade, 3/32" thick?
    so the definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law and you want me to believe that somehow more laws make less criminals?

    Can you get some better pics of the scales, they look great for bamboo? Bamboo pins(?), I need more info on those too

    not speaking for Crash but I wonder if bamboo kabob skewers from the grocery would work for pins or the bamboo pins used in flat belt splicing?

    I believe it is 1/8". The whole thing weighs in at 1 lb 2.45 oz.

    As Randy stated, the pins are bamboo skewers that were purchased at the local grocery store. The bamboo scales are solid, stranded, bamboo flooring. Here are a few pics.

    Skewers! And all this time I've been splitting, whittling and sanding down pins from bamboo slats. If there's a hard way to do something, I supposed I'm bound to find it.
