    Most excellent pics. Glad you had a great time. Apparently no firearms were harmed in the use of the canoes. Always a good thing.

    Crash, you always amaze me with your photographs. My question too, you carry all that collection of iron all the time? What kind of reptile was that? That is one type of critters that I just don't like.

    Every time an older person dies, its like burning a full set of encyclopedias that will never be published again. So, if you ever want to learn more of anything, just find a old tradesman and hang out with him and then when he passes on, not the full set will burn, you'll have parts of it to pass on to others.

    This was the first camp for those irons. The guy that made them for me brought them. Strictly for car camping or backyard use. That little fella was an Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake. He was quite tasty.

    I used the camera in auto, but the settings came out to be f/5.9, 1/500 sec, iso 800
