    Default SONIM XP 5560 Phone

I am opening a new thread here as I believe this phone can be a good survival product. A friend of mine had one but it costs around US$700 here in Malaysia.
This phone is a very very rugged and was said to be able to withstand the full nature's wrath (dunno whether it will withstand the hot melting lava or not) and with an actual standby capability of 62 days...(that's two months whether you uses metric or imperial).

My question: how much is this phone in USA or Canada? I might trust one of you and send you the money and you can send me the phone as a free gift, in which I will receive tax free...hehe..

Look at the URL...I really believe this can be a great survival phone...now ..if only it had the Compass, altimeter, barometer, high tide/low tide and the full moon indicator as my Casio Protrek...

The more expensive the more it hurts when you lose it. I'm constantly worried about my $400 Aeris coming off somewhere.

Color me confused. Are we talking about a watch or a phone? If phone, and you have somebody in another country buy it for you make sure that it is compatible and works in Malaysia.
