I was reading that very article this morning. It's an amazing adventure and if productive would change our vision of life altogether. With literally hundreds of billions of suns in the universe if even half of them have planets then the possibilities for life elsewhere are pretty incredible. Only recently have we found bacteria living inside hydrothermal vents, highly acidic pools, encased in rock miles below the surface and frozen solid in ice cores. It's hard to imagine what life might have adapted to "out there".

Well, it's all fun and funding till the Mother ship arrives..........
What was the 50's "B" movie where the alien couldn't take Rock and Roll music?....thus saving the earth.
Cool stuff.

I'm still waiting for them to find signs of life here.

Aliens are already here. Ever been to the local Wal-Mart around 2-3 in the morning?
I rest my case.
When all else fails, read the directions, and beware the Chihuahuacabra!
