I'm just joining here seems like a nice site. I've studied survival since I was young and now I'm a backpacker and I've got some gear ideas I'm working on too. I was looking around for a place with discussions on survival but I'm not interested in the whole doomsday thing but that's what you found most so finding a place to discuss true survival was nice so I decided to join in. Thanks guys. I've been Looking around and this is a huge wealth of stuff to learn can't wait to start improving and building on what I know now. I've been working on wild edibles and plant identification so the section on that was nice to see.
