Default Hello! Greetings from Northern Lower Michigan

Hello. Just thought I would hop in and tell you a bit about myself. I am a former EMT Specialist, and Security Officer. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, (I use tents, tarp or lean-tos), hiking, gardening, foraging, and making items; such as to be used for these hobbies. I used to enjoy bike riding, until last August when I got wiped out by my dog and broke my leg for the third time. Joined forums after reading them for a few months. I've camped all four seasons, and hunt regularly. Getting along in age now, so picking up on some newer skills, just in case. Hope to help or give ideas, as well as pick your brains for more.

Welcome home. If your dog has broken your leg three times I think it's time to get a new dog. One that you can out wrestle.

Welcome from Alaska. Having a new puppy underfoot, I totally can see how that can happen.
Why do I live in Alaska? Because I can.
