They have discovered charcoal in Chicago!
And while the rest of the world has been using it for several thousand years Chicago is just now getting their first instruction on cooking with that fuel.

I like that as well.....I'm a "Hibachi" guy.....so it is actually on a grill....but season, sear---flip-sear....and serve.
As the old saying goes.....
"Knock his horns off, wipe his butt, sear and serve"......The steak knife is to "stake" it down so it don't crawl off the plate.
