I've always been amazed at just how the far left indulges in "Orwellian New Speak." For example, how does a police agency or some other bureaucratic agency, "buy back" something it never owned or sold in the first place?
If the far left could ever once be honest, they'd say, "We buy your old, used guns. Good prices. A $25.00 voucher for four Quarter Pounders and fries at McDonald's, for your evil gun."
Think we'll ever hear that??

On another note, the new police chief of Detroit supports citizens owning firearms.
so the definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law and you want me to believe that somehow more laws make less criminals?
There have been a couple of the "buy back" things in Jax over the last few years. I was working and passed one of them. A dozen or police cars at the event. I didn't see anybody entering the fenced area, but across the street there were 7 or 8 citizens with signs that read "we pay better than the police". Looks like business was brisk.
"Buy-back" is a humorous phrase...doesn't it imply that the guns belonged to the government in the first place?
I think that was Seniorman's point.
Dad-gum! I take a break for a couple of months and come back to find out you guys have actually been listening to Ken and picking up on these nuances! Yo' Mama would be proud!
Please don't spread it around that we are actually listening to Ken. He has a reputation to uphold.
