I'll say! It takes some serious will power, to eat bacon in moderation!

Not something you're likely to find out about on your own.

There comes a point, sooner or later, when one begins to care more about their health and how they feel (and maybe look) than feeding that the instant gratification that never seems to last beyond the next fix. I've been there, I know.

Way too go Gal. 😃😀 I stopped smoking last year after my lung cancer surgery, and have been doing breathing rehab. Got on a scales there and opps, gained some 18 lbs more. Guess that's why my size 38's are snug. It sure makes a difference with no more of that nastie smoking huh Winnie.

Every time an older person dies, its like burning a full set of encyclopedias that will never be published again. So, if you ever want to learn more of anything, just find a old tradesman and hang out with him and then when he passes on, not the full set will burn, you'll have parts of it to pass on to others.

It does indeed, Pete, 3 years later and I still put by the money I used to spend on cigarettes, it's a great motivator.
