    Default Dotorimuk/Acorns

I lived in Korea for a year and a half and was introduced to muk, and loved it. I was surprised when I asked a Korean friend what it was made from, I haven't tried to make it yet but I will.

We always want to have a go at making them from scratch, but always seem to run out of steam when we begin to realize just how much work is involved in preparation - especially in shelling them. I've made flours out of clover flower, and those were lot easier on your hands, though picking enough of them tended to be more of a hassle than the acorns.
