    Oi, Welcome to the forums. Is Oi portugese or irish. My buddy Tommy O' would always holler out oi at the dock when I saw him. I thought it meant "lets have a beer"
    so the definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law and you want me to believe that somehow more laws make less criminals?

    i didnt use "oi" in any certain context. im not a very literal person. but i do listen to punk rock music.
